Drooling...

I knew it was coming, but I didn't realize it would be quite like this! I've been spending the past couple days drooling over real estate in the Phoenix metro area. I knew the market was going to crash, but never imagined 5 bedroom 3 bath homes for less than 130k would be as common as they are! The data suggests the market is still in a slight decline, and has yet to "bottom out". All these homes...less than 5 years old...real granite countertops...stainless steel appliances...tile floors...two stories...drool... Although we won't be in a position to buy for a couple years from now, I have a feeling we will be buying at just about the right time.
